Cellulite on your butt & stomach: the honest fix
The butt is the most common place cellulite lives — and the stomach is the one nobody talks about. Same mechanism, same fix, slightly different playbook for each.

The butt: your biggest muscle is your biggest advantage
Glutes are the largest muscle group in your body, which is exactly why this is the most fixable cellulite zone you have. Trained glutes lift and firm the entire area from underneath. The plan:
- Hip thrusts 2–3× a week, progressively heavier — the cornerstone
- Romanian deadlifts for the glute-hamstring tie-in (where dimples cluster most)
- Banded kickbacks & abductions as finishers, not as the whole workout
The mistake that keeps butts unchanged: endless band work with no progressive load. Bands finish a workout; barbells and dumbbells build one.
The stomach: different rules
Stomach cellulite is less about a muscle to build (your abs sit differently than glutes) and more about the fat-loss lever plus skin-supporting basics. What moves it: a modest, protein-forward deficit (eating more, not less), full-body strength training for body-wide fat loss, hydration, and patience. What doesn't: crunch marathons, waist trainers, and anything promising "toned tummy skin" in a bottle.
Both zones, one truth
No cream, brush, or wrap reaches the structure that creates cellulite. Muscle and modest fat loss do — the complete guide walks through the science, and if you're comparing gadgets and lasers first, read the honest treatment review before spending a cent.
